1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern all sales made through this website operated by [Legal entity — pending] (hereafter "the Seller"). By placing an order, the buyer (hereafter "the Customer") accepts these terms in full.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of the order shall apply.
2. Products
All products offered on this site are sculptural designer lighting objects. The Seller warrants that products conform to their descriptions and images on the website.
Products labelled "In stock" are available for immediate dispatch. Products labelled "On request" are made to order; the Seller will confirm lead time by email within two working days of the order.
Minor variations in materials — particularly hand-blown glass and brass finishes — are inherent to the production process and do not constitute non-conformity.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
Shipping costs are additional and will be presented before the Customer confirms the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are the Customer's responsibility.
4. Order process
Orders are placed by submitting a contact form inquiry including product and quantity details. The Seller will respond by email with a formal order confirmation and payment instructions. No order is confirmed until the Customer receives written confirmation from the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order, in particular where stock is unavailable or the Customer has provided inaccurate information.
5. Payment
Payment methods and instructions are communicated in the order confirmation email. Full payment is required before dispatch for in-stock items. For made-to-order items, a 50% deposit is due upon order confirmation; the balance is due before dispatch.
All transactions are processed securely. The Seller does not store payment card details.
6. Shipping & delivery
In-stock items are dispatched within five (5) working days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order lead times are stated per product and confirmed in the order email.
The Seller ships with tracked services. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
7. Returns & cancellations
In-stock items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense unless the item is defective.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable except in the case of proven defect. Cancellation of a made-to-order item after production has commenced may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
8. Warranty
All products carry a two-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects arising from normal use, aging of materials (including patination of brass), or customer misuse are not covered.

9. Intellectual property
All product designs, images, and text on this website are the property of the Seller or the respective designers and are protected by intellectual property law. No reproduction without written authorisation.
10. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — pending]. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, the matter shall be submitted to the competent competent courts [jurisdiction — pending].
